Permits and Utilities
Suburban Fence is a registered contractor with the City of Frisco and follows city and state permitting requirements.
Suburban will obtain any permits as on your behalf as required and will also schedule with Dig Tess as required by the State of Texas to have your property marked to identify underground utility lines.
Suburban will not take responsibility for underground sprinkler lines or utility lines are not marked correctly by Dig Tess.
Please not that sprinkler lines cannot be identified underground and cannot be identified.
Suburban will not be held liable for any lines we cannot see or locate prior to construction. |
